Of Italian manufacture,in silver gilt, a constructed of gilded silver with red, green, and blue enamels, consisting of a double headed Albanian eagle with red enameled wings, the obverse with a central blue medallion bearing the Royal Crown in gilt, surrounded by a ring of green enamels bearing the collar of the order and FERT, the reverse plain, central cartouche marked DITTA
