Germany, Third Reich. A Stalag Iv-A Allied Officer Pow Camp Identification Tag Auction Oklahoma at the Field Artillery(Stalag IV A Erkennungsmarke). Constructed of zink, stamped with three suspension loops, the obverse bearing a double stamped inscription of OFLAG I D, NR. 2196 for Offizierslager IV D Elderhorst, an officers subcamp of Stalag IV A near Hoyerswerda, measuring 60 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), with age appropriate oxidation evident, in overall better than very fine condition. Footnote: Offizierslager IV D Elderhorst was established in June 1940 as an officers
